Although we try to sell quality merchandise, we do understand that items can get broken in shipping. Please let us know about missing or broken items as soon as you receive your package. We will replace or refund you for broken or missing items and cover any shipping charges for returns or replacements.
Please contact us for a return authorization prior to returning any items. Returns will only be allowed within 10 days of receiving your order. Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in original packaging, if possible. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Within 2 weeks of receiving your return, we will send you a refund check or credit your charge card (less any applicable shipping charges and/or restocking fees) depending on your original method of payment. We only refund shipping and handling charges if we made an error with your order.
None of the items you purchase at Uniquely Dodie's are guarenteed. Everything is purchased "as is". All of our items are reasonably priced and therefore they might break or get damaged due to normal usage. Items that break over time are not returnable. Please contact us if you have concerns or problems with one of our items.
Please understand that every item at Uniquely Dodie's is NOT recommended for children under the age of three. No items should be consumed or placed in the mouth.
